Return & Refund Policy – Jaanaki Luxe

At Jaanaki Luxe,we value your satisfaction and carefully inspect every piece before shipping. Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of jewellery, returns are limited.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and jewellery once they have been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the damage

The unboxing video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue.

Refunds / Replacements

Once the issue is verified:

  • We will offer a replacement if the product is available

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used jewellery

  • Items without an unboxing video proof

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
